Mauricio Silveira is a Drupal and PHP developer, architect, and consultant based in Windsor, Ontario. As a Senior Architect at Kalamuna, he focuses on backend development, content migration, and scalable platform architecture, and he gravitates toward the complex integrations most people would rather hand off. Over the years he has delivered solutions for clients across the higher education, pharmaceutical, non-profit, and e-commerce sectors.
Originally from Porto Alegre, Brazil, Mauricio entered the tech industry in 2009 and spent his early career in DevOps engineering before moving to Canada in 2016 and turning toward web development, where Drupal became the center of his work. He is now an Acquia certified Drupal developer who has been the primary technical lead on numerous sites and projects, guiding teams and working closely with clients to ship high-quality products.
Self-taught and a committed lifelong learner, Mauricio is a problem solver at heart, always looking for the solution that best fits the client's needs. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science along with postgraduate studies in IT management.
